Ascitis Post-Trauma
Accidente tránsito. Femenina. Edad 79 años. Iba de acompañante cuando su vehiculo fué embestido lateralmente. En la sonografia se apreció ascitis hemorragica con abundantes grumos finos. Higado y Bazo intactos sin fracturas. ( primera imagen )

La paciente tenía fractura de las cuatro (4) costillas inferiores derechas, fractura pelvica ( isquio-pubica ) . En la cirugía se extrajo litro y medio se sangre de cavidad abdominal, se encontró una gran masa de adherencias intestinales ( lugar por donde tenía el sangrado interno ), además una gasa dejada dentro en una de las cirugías anteriores, junto a un material plástico en forma de banda que forma parte de una malla metálica introducida para corregir una ptosis vesical producida tras la histerectomia total de hacia cinco años.
Tras un tortuoso post-operatorio de varios días, la paciente lamentablemente falleció
