Masa Pared Vejiga

Bladder Wall Mass

After presenting with gross hematuria, male patient 78 years of age who underwent renal disease urography reported that the right kidney "invisible" by not excrete the contrast medium, filling the defect in the bladder.
Appreciate the images in the right lateral bladder wall thickened at the expense of mass townhouse, infiltrative, extending to the right ureteral meatus, obstruct (could not visualize the ureteral jet with Doppler Color. The
left jet was objectified, but looked weak ). The mass shows free surface irregular, scalloped, measures approx: 4.7 X 2.1 X 1.5 cms. Some of the images show the balloon bladder catheter was fixed to the patient.

The image shows dilatation for hydronephrotic grade I, with the dilated renal pelvis, without the visible presence of mass or load obstructs urine output
