Everything is a matter of time to reach

Remember the case published by us on Friday, April 3 ?. Back to see and understand better what goes on. The patient, female 74 years old, had previously been subjected to surgery for intestinal carcinoma located in the jejunoileal loop when we saw at that time was diagnosed with a nodular lesion, encapsulated, located in the anterior segment of the hepatic left lobe. El finding was disappointing since I was 9 days which had operated on the intestinal lesion and intra-operative revision looked normal. With the mood on the floor, we bid farewell her husband, daughter and I. Well, the patient returned on May 08, with a great mood because he had been re-operated, it was excised the nodule, the histo-pathological reported liver carcinoma in situ, but also the patient has regained her appetite and has gained since the last surgery (April 21) 8 lbs (3.6 kgs), it is notable because it succeeded in a very short time. The post-surgery has been excellent and we are all very happy.
In this issue, we show the left lobe as it has been since the last surgery, in the final two pictures, the nodules as we saw when we had the node in question.
We are delighted to have collaborated in the process, although we recognize that there has been lucky, very lucky, and has acted with the speed that cases like this deserve.
That we reaffirm the value of sonographic examination in a way that quickly and economically, contributing to reliable diagnosis, rapid, safe.
