Trauma Testicular
Masculino 10 años de edad. El día antes del examen sonografico al subir a un autobús, trauma con el borde de la puerta de acceso, recibiendo golpe en testículo derecho. Al momento del examen, refiere dolor exquisito en área testicular derecha. Con el examen sonografico el testículo derecho luce aumentado de tamaño con respecto al izquierdo, incluso excluyendo el área lesional, mide 1.55 X 0.9994 cm, mostrando área heterogenea, hipo y anecogena que mide 0.909 X 0.927 X 0.734 cm. Representa la lesión testicular compuesta de masa heterogenea con posible origen hematico que ha ido evolucionando con las horas transcurridas desde el trauma inicial. La lesión se visualiza en las dos primeras imágenes. La tercera imagen es el testículo izquierdo que luce intacto y mide 1.43 X 0.944 cm. No se aprecia la presencia de liquido en bolsa escrotal .
Testicular Trauma

In sonographic examination looks right testicle increased in size over the left, even excluding the lesional area, measuring 1.55 x 0.9994 cm, showing heterogeneous area, hiccups and anechogenic measuring 0.909 X 0.927 X 0.734 cms. It represents a composite of a testicular mass lesion with a heterogeneous haematic origin that has evolved over time since the initial trauma. The injury is displayed in the first two images. The third image is the left testicle that looks intact and measures 1.43 x 0.944 cms. There is no presence of fluid in the scrotal pouch.
