Nodulo Solido Tiroides

Paciente femenina 40 años de edad. Diagnosticada previamente de esteatosis hepática. Era obesa hace 7 meses, desde entonces ha perdido mucho peso hasta verse casi normal ( dieta y ejercicios ). Estado de Hiperglicemia ,con antecedentes familiares de tía materna con Diabetes Mellitus. En el examen de endocrinología se apreció nódulo en tiroides. La paciente muestra gran sensibilidad al roce de su piel, reaccionando con flush que marca la zona de contacto por un tiempo mas o menos largo. Después de terminado el examen sonografico ,la paciente seguía con toda la zona anterior de cuello enrojecida.

Al examen sonografico de tiroides encontramos área solida nodular, fusiforme, con limites precisos, hipo-ecogenica, rodeada de pequeño halo anecogeno, se localiza en lóbulo derecho del tiroides. El tamaño global del tiroides casi no se altera y los lóbulos conservan su simetría. El Doppler Color no mostró aumento del flujo vascular a la zona . Hace 2 semanas su T3-T4 fueron normales, con TSH elevada.

Solid Thyroid Nodule

Female patient of 40 years old previously diagnosed with fatty liver. seven months ago was obese, has since lost much weight to be almost normal (diet and exercise). State of hyperglycemia, with a family history of Diabetes Mellitus. In a review of endocrinology appreciated nodule in thyroid's patient. She shows great sensitivity to the touch of her skin, reacting with flush marking the contact zone for a while more. Later least the end of the sonographic examination, the patients with the anterior neck are red.
Sonographic examination of the thyroid are solid nodular area, fusiform, with limits, hypo-echogenic, surrounded by a small an-echogenic halo, is located in the right lobe of the thyroid. The overall size of the thyroid almost no distortion and the lobes retain their symmetry. The Color Doppler showed no vascular increase flow to the area. 2 weeks ago its T3-T4 was normal, with elevated TSH.
