Tumor Solido Riñon II ( Cont )

Para los que siguen este blog , esto es la continuación, ampliada, del caso de la paciente de 65 años que publicamos el pasado 28 de Septiembre. Como me han llegado mas datos , los comparto con ustedes. Para los que no vieron el caso inicialmente es recomendable que retornen hacia la primera publicación y luego continúen la secuencia con este aporte de hoy.
A continuación veremos seis ( 6 ) imagenes de cortes seriados de tomografías que se le realizaron por recomendación nuestra a la paciente. Como se aprecia por esas imagenes los hallazgos coinciden esencialmente en el carácter tumoral de la lesión, ya descrito por nosotros, pero el relator de las tomografías piensa que es por tumoracion solida del lóbulo hepático derecho o de la adrenal homolateral.Si comparamos las imagenes ,son esencialmente similares a las obtenidas por sonografia.
A la paciente se le realizo también una tomografía craneal que mostró evento isquemico occipital izquierdo y atrofia sub-cortical & cortical.

For those who follow this blog, this is then enlarged, the patient's case 65 years we published on 28 September. As more data have come to me, I share it with you. Then we will see six (6) pictures of serial sections of CT scans that were performed by our recommendation to the patient. As shown by these images are, essentially, the findings in the tumoral nature of the injury, as described by us, but the reporter of the CT thinks it is in a solid tumor of the right liver lobe or the homolateral adrenal gland. Comparing the images, are essentially similar to those obtained by sonography.
The patient who underwent cranial CT also showed a left occipital ischemic event and subcortical atrophy.
