Quiste Tirogloso Hemorragico
Paciente masculino de 36 años de edad que tras ejercicios violentos al estilo oriental le aparece " bultoma" en cara lateral izquierda del cuello, sobre el ala homolateral del hueso cricoides.No es doloroso. El paciente dice que hace unos años notó lo mismo pero que desapareció luego de forma espontánea. Al examen sonográfico con transducer lineal de foco corto ( 10 MHz) encontramos área fusiforme, bien delimitada, con material ecogeno fino en su interior. Le hacemos el diagnostico de Quiste Tirogloso con hemorragia intraquistica . La Tomografía Axial Computarizada mostró la lesión con las mismas características vistas por nosotros en la eco-sonografia.
