The eco-sonographic examination is seen with marked enlarged liver , with focal heterogeneity by the presence of multiple cystic areas, with micro-calcifications in their walls, on the whole measure 5.8 x 5.4 x 3.2 and 3.2 x 4.1 x 2.0 cms. Near right hemi-diaphragm area displays multiple calcium deposits (focal calcifications ) that produce shadows beyond.
