Male patient, 63 years old, without relevant medical history, complained of hypogastric pain described as severe and painful discomfort in the right testicle showing an increase in volume for about 2-3 months.
The eco-abdominal sonographic examination showed no pathological findings excepting irregular thickening of the walls of the bladder, compatible with cistitis.-see picture # 1 -
In consideration of the testes revealed the presence of small amount of fluid in scrotum, with the rest of the normal review.
In the left pocket shows the presence of hydrocele important with abundant fine lumps inside. -see photo # 2 -
Both testicles look of adequate size, display two (2) images of hyper-echogenic, calcified, with the presence of posterior echogenic shadow within the left testicle without associated anomalies (micro-calcifications) .- see photo # 3 - Both sonographic look normal epididymis..
