Adenomegalias Cervicales
Paciente femenina de 28 años de edad con un poco mas de 24 horas de evolución de fiebres altas y tortícolis, con casi total imposibilidad para girar la cabeza hacia el lado derecho. Al examen físico se aprecia piel caliente y tumefacción multi-nodular sobre el área del músculo esterno-cleido-mastoideo izquierdo. La temperatura axilar es de 38° C. Al examen eco-sonográfico con transductor linear de 10.0 MHz se aprecia aumento significativo del tamaño de todos los ganglios de la cadena ganglionar cervical del lado izquierdo , incluso hasta la fosa supraclavicular homolateral. Del lado derecho la tumefacción ganglionar es bastante menos marcada. Refiere la paciente ya hacia unos dos años tuvo un proceso de Mononucleosis Infecciosa o Enfermedad del Beso, por lo que presumimos que en el caso actual hay un virus diferente al primero como causante del proceso.En tres ocasiones anteriores hemos publicado entregas con es tema

Cervical Lymphadenopathy
A female patient aged 28 with a little more than 24 hours after onset of high fever and stiff neck, with almost complete inability to turn his head toward the right side. Physical examination shows the skin hot and multi-nodular swelling over the area of the sternomastoid-cleido left. The axillary temperature is 38 grade C. The eco-sonographic examination with 10.0 MHz linear transducers was observed a significant increase in the size of all the nodes of the cervical lymph node chain on the left, even to the ipsilateral supraclavicular fossa.
The right side lymph node swelling is much less marked. Refer the patient to two years and went through a process of Infectious Mononucleosis or Kissing Disease, so we presume that in the present case there is a different virus as the cause of the process. In the first three previous occasions, we have published are subject deliveries.
