Eco-sonographic examination of the thyroid nodule shows large solid occupied and replaced the entire left lobe of the thyroid is hyper-echogenic, homogeneous in its entirety except for some small areas cavitated, Doppler negative moves to the trachea, esophagus, left carotid and jugular. Measures approx: 6.99 x 3.35 x 3.68 cms.
The right lobe of the thyroid isthmus and look sonographically normal, measuring 3.8 x 1.8 x 1.7 cm and 4.0 mm respectively
