Vesiculitis & Disfuncion Erectil

Paciente masculino de 68 años de edad con historia de disfuncion eréctil (impotencia) por lo cual lleva años sin mantener relaciones sexuales. Al examen eco-sonografico de próstata, vía trans-rectal se aprecio aumento del tamaño de esta con heterogeneidad focal diseminada por todo el órgano, compatible con el diagnostico de prostatitis, peso estimado de 95,5 gramos ( Hipertrofia Prostatica grado IV ) , con aumento del flujo vascular de forma uniforme en todos los campos al Doppler Color. La vesícula seminal derecha luce marcadamente aumentada de tamaño, mide aprox: 3,8 x 3,7 cms, por contra la vesícula seminal izquierda mide aprox: 1,9 x 0,8 cms. Los conductos deferentes derecho e izquierdo no muestran lesiones patológicas sonograficamente detectables. Se concluye con los diagnósticos de Hipertrofia Prostatica Benigna grado IV, con posible Prostatitis y Vesiculitis Derecha.

Vesiculitis & Erectile Dysfunction

Male patient, 68 years old with a history of erectile dysfunction (impotence) for which takes years without sex. Eco-sonographic examination of the prostate, via trans-rectal enlarged appreciation of this with focal heterogeneity spread throughout the organ, consistent with the diagnosis of Prostatitis, estimated weight of 95.5 grams (grade IV prostatic hypertrophy), with increased vascular flow evenly in all fields at Color Doppler. The right seminal vesicle looks markedly increased in size, measures approx: 3.8 x 3.7 inches, by contrast, the left seminal vesicle measures approx: 1.9 x 0.8 cms. The right and left vas deferens show no sonographically detectable pathologic lesions. It concludes with a diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy grade IV, and Prostatitis with possible Right vesiculitis.
