Colecciones Liquidas Pared Abdominal tras Histerectomia
Paciente femenina de 40 años de edad sometida a histerectomia total hace unos pocos días que se presenta con intensos dolores abdominales en el bajo vientre. La exploración sonografica muestra la presencia de múltiples colecciones liquidas, subcutáneas, localizadas en región para-umbilical derecha, a nivel de cresta ilíaca, a unos 13 mm de la piel, de 24 x 4 mm, también en región para-umbilical izquierda, al mismo nivel de cresta ilíaca, a unos 13 mm de la piel, de aprox: 38 x 36 mm. Igualmente en región infraumbilical se aprecia otra colección liquida, a unos 7,7 mm de la piel, de aprox: 34 x 7 mm.
Abdominal Wall Fluid Collections Following Hysterectomy
Female patient 40 years of age undergoing a total hysterectomy a few days ago that presents with severe abdominal pain in the lower abdomen. The sonographic examination shows the presence of multiple fluid collections, subcutaneous, located in the paraumbilical region right iliac crest level, about 13 mm of the skin, 24 x 4 mm, also in the left-umbilical region, the same level of the iliac crest, about 13 mm of the skin, approx: 38 x 36 mm. Also in the infra-umbilical region, another fluid collection is seen at about 7.7 mm from the skin, approx: 34 x 7 mm.
