Absceso & Quistes & Fibroadenomas Mamas
Paciente femenina de 52 años de edad, con antecedentes personales de cirugía de quiste mamario izquierdo hace 20 años y de miomatosis uterina masiva. El examen sonografico mamario muestra imagen hipo-ecogenica, de limites regulares, en el radial 10 de mama derecha, mide aprox 8,8 X 7,3 mm, es eco-Doppler negativo.
En mama izquierda se visualiza imagen quistica, de limites regulares, en radial 11, mide aprox 17,5 X 11,1 mm. En el radial 06 , se visualiza nódulo sólido, hipo-ecogenico, de limites regulares, mide aprox 14,6 X 10,0 mm. En radial 02 ,imagen quistica de aprox 9,8 X 6,2 mm.
En zona profunda del área sub-areolar izquierda se visualiza imagen an-ecogena, con grumos finos en su interior y paredes irregulares, anfractuosas, pobre refuerzo ecogenico posterior, mide aprox 30,7 X 19,1 mm, es compatible con el diagnostico de Absceso mamario Izquierdo.

A female patient aged 52 with a history of left breast cyst surgery 20 years ago and massive uterine fibroids. The image shows breast sonographic examination hypo-echogenic, a regular boundary in the radial 10, right breast, measuring approx 8.8 x 7.3 mm, Doppler ultrasound is negative.
In the left breast cystic image displays, a regular boundary in radial 11, which measures approx 17.5 x 11.1 mm. In the radio 06, displayed solid nodule, hypo-echogenic, regular boundary, measures approx 14.6 x 10.0 mm. In radial 02, a cystic image of about 9.8 X 6.2 mm.
In the deep zone of the sub-areolar area left image displays an-echogenic with fine lumps inside and uneven walls, anfractuous, poor echogenic posterior enhancement, measures approx 30.7 x 19.1 mm, is consistent with the diagnosis of Left breast abscess.
