The sonographic examination with linear transducer shows an area-echogenic, irregular boundary, with pockets inside ecogenos and poor posterior enhancement, the area is approx 5.2 X 2.8 X 1.8 cm. It concludes with the diagnosis of hematoma after right quadriceps area.
