Paciente femenina de 31 años de edad, Menarquia a los 12 años, Primera Relación Sexual a los 16 años, Gestación 2 Aborto 1. Antecedente de quistectomia izquierda por vía laparoscopica, extirpandosele un quiste endometriosico hace 2,6 años. En la actualiza cursa embarazo de 6,4 semanas y presenta imagen quistica con abundantes grumos finos en su interior, típicamente caracterizado como quiste endometriosico. Se pone de relieve la dificultad de conseguir un embarazo en presencia de un quiste endometriosico, el quiste mide aprox 3,7 X 2,5 cm.
