Tumor Solido Ovario
Paciente femenina, 27 años, viene a revisión por dolor pelvico, mayormente en fosa iliaca izquierda. La paciente lleva algún tiempo intentando embarazarse, sin conseguirlo, por esa razón viene al ginecólogo y este la envía para examen sonografico. Durante este, se aprecia útero de tamaño normal para una nulipara, anexos normales , al igual que el ovario derecho. En ovario izquierdo se aprecia masa solida con algunas cavitaciones de contenido liquido en su interior, mide aprox 3,4 X 2,8 X 2,5 cm y muestra ligero aumento del flujo vascular periférico al Doppler Color.
