Endometrioma Tabicado
Femenina 41 años, menarquia a los 14 años, primera relacion sexual a los 25 años, gesta 0, partos 0, viene a examen sonografico por molestias dolorosas en pelvis. El examen sonografico transvaginal muestra útero de caracteristicas sonograficas normales, con endometrio fino de 9,3 mm de grosor. Anexos y ovario izquierdo normales. En ovario derecho muestra imagen anecogena, quistica, tabicada, con paredes finas y presencia de gran cantidad de grumos finos floculantes que ocupan todo el interior quistico, se aprecia refuerzo ecogenico posterior. La lesión mide aprox: 5,1 X 4,4 X 2,9 cm, volumen aprox: 34,0 c.c. Se incluye imagen en 3D que nos permite apreciar que el interior quistico es liso.El Doppler Color muestra flujo vascular normal en la zona. Se concluye con el diagnostico de quiste endometriosico derecho,tabicado.Se hace hincapié en que este tipo de quiste no suele estar tabicado.

In the right ovary, it shows an echogenic, cystic, septated, with thin walls and presence of large flocculating lumps that occupy the entire cystic interior, posterior echogenic reinforcement is seen. The lesion measures approx: 5.1 X 4.4 X 2.9 cm, volume approx: 34.0 c.c. It includes a 3D image that allows us to appreciate that the cystic interior is smooth. Color Doppler shows the normal vascular flow in the area. It concludes with the diagnosis of right cyst endometriosis, septate. It is emphasized that this type of cyst is not usually septate
