Endometrioma Pared Abdominal
Femenina 26 años edad, menarquia a los 13 años, primera relacion sexual a los 14 años, 3 gestaciones 1 cesárea y 2 abortos no provocados. La cesárea fue en el 2014 y desde el 2016 presenta tumoración dolorosa en flanco derecho, tanto su tamaño como el dolor se incrementan significativamente durante cada menstruación. Se palpa masa nodular, relativamente dura , en la zona antes mencionada. El examen sonografico muestra nodulo heterogéneo, hipo-ecogenico , de limites mas o menos regulares, se localiza en tejido celular subcutáneo , mide aprox: 2,36 X 2,70 X 1.85 cm. El Doppler Color no muestra flujos significativos en la zona y la elastografia muestra patrón de color con score 3 de Ueno. Se concluye con el diagnostico de Endometrioma de siembra tras la cesárea en el tejido celular subcutáneo de la pared abdominal del flanco derecho.Debemos hacer notar que el diagnostico se ha facilitado porque la paciente fue enviada para el examen el mismo día del comienzo de su periodo menstrual, lo cual hace mas evidente la presencia del endometrioma.

Female 26 years old, menarche at age 13, first sexual intercourse at 14 years, 3 pregnancies 1 cesarean section and 2 unprovoked abortions. The cesarean section was in 2014 and since 2016 has a painful tumor on the right flank, both its size and pain increase significantly during each menstruation. Nodular mass is felt, relatively hard, in the aforementioned area. The sonographic examination shows heterogeneous nodule, hypo-echogenic, with more or less regular limits, is located in subcutaneous cellular tissue, measures approx: 2.36 X 2.70 X 1.85 cm. Color Doppler does not show significant fluxes in the area and the elastography shows a color pattern with Ueno score 3. We conclude with the diagnosis of Endometrioma of seed after cesarean section in the subcutaneous cellular tissue of the abdominal wall of the right flank. It should be noted that the diagnosis was facilitated because the patient was sent for the examination the same day of the beginning of her menstrual period, which makes the presence of the endometrioma more evident.
