En la actualidad el embarazo ha llegado a las 36,4 semanas y la evolución ha sido satisfactoria, el producto muestra una mejoría significativa en el aspecto de sus riñones presentando una hidronefrosis grado I-II, la hiper-ecogenicidad renal ha desaparecido, persiste el hidromegaureter y por supuesto el aspecto de vejiga de paredes engrosadas con aspecto de vejiga muy llena de orina con una imagen similar al ojo de una cerradura. Peso estimado actual 3066 gramos ( 6,7 libras ),Se prevee una actuación inmediata, peri-parto de un cirujano pediátrico para resolver la situación del producto. El liquido amniótico sigue estable con un volumen adecuado para la edad gestacional y siguen sin detectarse otras malformaciones fetales.
