Angiomiolipoma renal enEsclerosis Tuberosa
Paciente masculino de 16 años de edad, diagnosticado previamente de Esclerosis Tuberosa, con repetidos episodios de crisis Epilepticas. Tras la ingesta de un anti-epileptico, desarrollo cuadro alérgico severo con edema masivo de cara y sibilancias pulmonares. En el examen sonografico abdominal se encontró lesión nodular solida, hiper-ecogenica, redondeada, localizada en tercio superior del riñón derecho, área medular, mide aprox 4,31 X 4,29 X 3,81 cm y se diagnostica como Angiomiolipoma renal, hallazgo relativamente frecuente en estos pacientes que desarrollan múltiples nódulos sólidos diseminados por diferentes órganos y sistemas de su cuerpo.

Renal angiomyolipoma in tuberous sclerosis
Male patient, 16 years old, previously diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis, with repeated episodes of seizures. After the ingestion of an anti-epileptic, severe allergic box development with massive edema of the face and wheezing lungs. The abdominal sonographic examination found solid nodular lesion, hyper-echogenic, rounded, located in the upper third of the right kidney, medullary area, measures approx 4.31 x 4.29 x 3.81 cm and diagnosed as renal angiomyolipoma, finding relatively common in patients who develop multiple solid nodules scattered throughout different organs and body systems.
