Liver sonographically within normal parameters. The gallbladder is seen entirely occupied by hyper-echogenic multiple images, attached to its walls, lesions show no later echogenic shadows. Stones are not appreciated.
The right kidney sonographically looks injury free but the left shows dilated hydronephrotic grade II, showing no presence of lytic lesions (stones).
It concludes with the diagnosis of adenomyosis of the gallbladder, which represents a high carcinogenic potential and obstructive uropathy left of origin to be determined..
