Esta era la imagen que presentaba la vejiga urinaria del paciente masculino de 72 años con el hematoma sub-capsular esplénico que presentamos en nuestra entrega anterior.  El paciente había desarrollado hematuria total con expulsión de pequeños coágulos por orina Como se aprecia en la imagen hay muchos grumos y se visualiza la presencia de dos (2) imágenes ecogenicas , sin sombras posteriores, con forma oval que se corresponden con dos grandes coágulos intravesicales. La medida de uno de los coágulos nos dice que tiene 3.467 X 2.773 X 2.068 cm.
