Bursitis Olecranon
Paciente masculino de 72 años de edad con historia evolutiva de 2-3 meses. Comienza con pequeño bulto en área del olecranon izquierdo, al principio tenia dolor en la zona pero este ha ido desapareciendo paulatinamente paralelamente con el aumento de tamaño del bulto. La exploración sonografica muestra área nodular , groseramente heterogénea con limites irregulares y gruesos, eco-Doppler negativa, mide aprox 3,76 X 3,45 X 2,51 cm. Se concluye con el diagnostico de bursitis crónica de Olecranon.
