Absceso Mama con Fistula
Paciente femenina de 36 años de edad que tras cirugía hace 1 mes de implante de mamas, evolucionó bien hasta que hace una semana que comenzó a tener fiebres,dolores y escalofríos con secreción purulenta de ambas heridas quirúrgicas. La mama derecha mostró implante intacto con edema de piel y tejido celular subcutáneo sobre todo en el radial 09. En la mama izquierda se apreció heterogeneidad focal por área an-ecogena, de contenido liquido con abundante grumos finos en su interior, (posiblemente contenido purulento), se localiza en radial 06, mide aprox 4,68 X 1,90 X 1,43 cm con volumen aprox de 6,68 ml y se comunica con el exterior por un canal tortuoso, fistuloso. Hay cierto grado de edema superficial sobre todo en los radiales 03 y 06, El implante mamario luce intacto. Se concluye con el diagnostico de Absceso Mama Izquierda con fistula cutánea.
