Paciente femenina de 24 años de edad cursando con embarazo de 14,3 semanas por sonografia. Fue vista por nosotros cuando su embarazo tenia 8,4 semanas y detectamos canal cervical patente en toda su extensión. Reenviada para evaluación tras colocación de Cerclaje Cervical que fue instalado tras mucha dificultad , según su ginecólogo , ya que el cuello uterino era muy corto y se temía atrapar parte de las membranas durante el acto quirúrgico. El examen sonografico actual muestra canal cervical aun patente en toda su extensión, pero con menor calibre que en el examen anterior y sin presentar "funneling ", el cerclaje ha sido examinado mostrando aspecto sonografico hiper-ecogenico, y se aprecia localización adecuada en labio anterior y posterior .
Cerclage
Female patient, 24 years studying with 14.3 weeks of pregnancy sonography. Was seen by us when her pregnancy had 8.4 weeks and detect cervical canal patent in its entirety. Forwarded for evaluation after Cervical cerclage placement that was installed after much difficulty, by a gynecologist, and the cervix was very short and it was feared to catch part of the membranes during surgery. The current sonographic examination even shows a full extent patent cervical canal, but with a smaller caliber than the previous exam without submitting "funneling" the cerclage has been examined showing the hyper-echogenic sonographic appearance, and suitable location can be seen in the anterior lip and later.
