Cistitis Intersticial
Paciente masculino de 48 años de edad , parapléjico desde los 28 años , tras accidente de trafico. Por el uso continuado de sondas vesicales fijas y no fijas, presenta infecciones urinarias a repetición. Clínicamente se presenta con fiebres altas , escalofríos y dolores en región hipogastrica, además de hematuria macroscópica.
La sonografía abdominal es normal, incluyendo la imagenes renales. En la vejiga urinaria se visualiza engrosamiento no infiltrativo de pared vesical derecha, la cual se aprecia con bordes libres irregulares. El Doppler Color no mostró aumento del flujo vascular en la zona con presencia de jets ureterales normales a ambos lados de los meatos urinarios.
El diagnostico fue Cistitis Intersticial post-traumas repetitivos por los sondajes obligados de este caso.

Interstitial Cystitis
Male patient aged 48, a paraplegic since age 28, after a traffic accident. For the continued use of urinary catheters fixed and unfixed presents repetitive UTIs. Clinically presents with high fever with chills and pain in the hypogastric region, in addition to gross hematuria.
The abdominal sonography is normal, including renal images. In the urinary bladder, thickening is seen as not infiltrating in the bladder right wall, which is seen with irregular free edges. Color Doppler showed no increase of vascular flow to the area and whether the presence of normal ureteral jets on both sides.
The diagnosis was post-trauma Interstitial Cystitis repeated probings required by this case.
