Quiste Ovario Hemorragico
Paciente femenina 36 años de edad con previa histerectomia total y ooforectomia derecha. Como muchos paciente se queja de que cuando la operaron ( a los 32 años de edad ) le dejaron ese ovario que ahora esta creándole problemas. Tratamos de explicar las razones para esa opción de dejar un ovario que por lo demás estaba sano cuando tuvo la cirugía.
Clínicamente presenta fuertes dolores hipogastricos y dispareunia severa.
En la sonografia transvaginal apreciamos masa quística con material ecogeno en su interior lo cual, unido a esa clínica sugiere fuertemente quiste ovario hemorragico, similar al de nuestro caso del 09 Diciembre 2008. El quiste mide 5,2 X 4,8 X 5.0 cm con volumen de 59,9 c.c.

Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cyst
A female patient aged 36 with a previous total hysterectomy with right oophorectomy. Since many patients complain that when she had surgery (at 32 years old) that was left ovary that is now creating problems. We tried to explain the reasons for the choice of leaving an ovary that otherwise was healthy when he had surgery.
Clinically presents strong severe hypogastric pain and dyspareunia.
In the transvaginal sonography appreciate cystic mass with echogenic material inside which, together strongly suggests that clinical hemorrhagic ovarian cyst, similar to our case of 09 December 2008. The cyst measured 5.2 X 4.8 X 5.0 cm with a volume of 59.9 ccs.
