Quiste Ovárico y Embarazo
Paciente femenina de 31 años de edad, Menarquia a los 16 años, primera relación sexual a los 21 años, Gesta 2 Partos 1, cursando con embarazo de 7,4 semanas por sonografia. Como dato curioso la paciente se ha negado a exploración sonografica de su embarazo vía trans-vaginal porque dice que una amiga perdió su embarazo por ese tipo de exploración. Se procede pues a examinarla vía trans-abdominal, con vejiga llena. La paciente niega dolor, flujo o sangrado. En el examen se visualiza útero gestante con embarazo compatible con la edad de 7,4 semanas y la presencia de imagen an-ecoica, quistica, tabicada, en ovario derecho, mide aprox 8,9 X 5,0 cms.

Female patient 31 years of age, menarche at age 16, first intercourse at age 21, Gesta 2 Births 1, studying with a pregnancy of 7.4 weeks for sonography. As a curiosity, the patient has refused a sonographic examination of her pregnancy transvaginal route because it says that a friend lost her pregnancy for such exploration. It is, therefore, necessary to examine the transabdominal approach, with a full bladder. The patient denied pain, discharge, or bleeding. The examination is displayed with a pregnant uterus consistent with the age of 7.4 weeks pregnancy and the presence of an image-echoic, cystic, septate, in right ovary, measuring approx 8.9 x 5.0 cm.
