Pólipo & Globo Vesical
Paciente masculino de 82 años de edad con antecedentes de Carcinoma Prostatico operado y tratado, viene por presentar gran masa en parte media del abdomen, no dolorosa y de consistencia dura. El examen sonografico abdominal con transductor sectorial de 3,5 MHz muestra Hepatomegalia ligera, sin lesiones focales, signos de Ascitis o Derrame pleural derecho. Los riñones muestran dilataciones hidronefroticas grado I en ambos riñones, sin presencia de cálculos. La vejiga se muestra muy distendida, conteniendo aprox 1,524 c.c en la pre-micción y de 1,233 c.c. en la post-micción, muestra lesión poliposa en su pared , de base ancha, superficie libre de apariencia regular, mide aprox 3,5 x 3,0 cms y es eco-Doppler negativa.
Diagnósticos Sonograficos:
1.-HEPATOMEGALIA, LEVE
2.-HIDRONEFROSIS GRADO I, BILATERAL
3.-PÓLIPO VESICAL
4.-GLOBO VESICAL
Polyp & Bladder Globe
Male patient, 82 years old with a history of prostate cancer surgery and treated, is to present a large mass in the middle of the abdomen, painless and hard consistency. The abdominal sonographic examination with a 3.5 MHz sector transducer shows slight hepatomegaly, no focal lesions, signs of ascites, or right pleural effusion. Hydronephrotic kidneys showed dilatation grade I in both kidneys, without the presence of stones. The bladder is very distended, containing approximately 1.524 ccs in the pre-urination and 1.233 ccs in the post-micturition shows a polypoid lesion on his wall, wide base, even appearance-free surface, which measures approx 3.5 x 3.0 cm and negative Doppler.
Sonographic Diagnosis:
1.-HEPATOMEGALY, MILD
2.-GRADE I HYDRONEPHOSIS, BILATERAL
3.- BLADDER POLYP
4.-DISTENDED BLADDER
