Lesion Testicular
Paciente masculino de 75 años de edad con antecedente remoto de cirugía testículo derecho viene a revisión, solo se queja de molestias dolorosas mínimas en el testículo.
Al examen eco-sonografico con sonda linear de 10.0 MHz encontramos heterogeneidad focal en dicho testículo por la presencia de pequeña imagen quistica, no tabicada, de 5 x 4 x 4 mm, se localiza en el testículo cerca de la ubicación de la cabeza del epididimo-ver fotos-. Por debajo del área quistica se aprecia área heterogénea, de tipo mixto de unos 14 x 9 x 7 mm.
El testículo izquierdo muestra tamaño, forma, ecogenicidad y homogeneidad normales.
El epididimo izquierdo presenta imagen quistica localizada en el cuerpo de 5 x 3 mm.

The left testis shows size, shape, echogenicity, and homogeneity normal.
The image shows a left cystic epididymis located in the body of 5 x 3 mm.
