Quistes de la Alburginea
Paciente masculino de 32 años de edad, con dolor en región inguinal izquierda. Historia de cólicos nefríticos izquierdos y hematuria, con expulsión de cálculos. En la exploración eco-sonografica de bolsas escrotales, con sonda lineal de 10.0 MHz encontramos : Ambos muestran ecogenicidad , homogeneidad y tamaños normales. En la parte mas anterior del testículos derecho, en la membrana que lo recubre ( Alburginea ) se aprecian dos pequeñas imágenes an-ecogenas ( quistes ) que miden 4 x 2 y 3 x 2 mm respectivamente. El epididimo izquierdo muestra dos imágenes an-ecogenas ( quistes ), localizados en la cabeza epididimal, miden 19 17 y 8 X 6 mm respectivamente.

In an eco-sonographic examination of scrotal sacs, with the 10.0-MHz linear probe are: Both show echogenicity, homogeneity, and standard sizes. In the more anterior right testicle, the membrane that covers (Alburginea) shows two small images an-echogenic (cysts) that are 4 x 2 and 3 x 2 mm respectively. The left epididymis shows two images of an-echogenic (cysts), located in the epididymal head, measuring 19 x 17 and 8 x 6 mm, respectively.
