Colecciones Liquidas Mamarias
Paciente femenina de 38 años de edad , menarquia a los 11 años, primera relación sexual a los 13 años. Gestacion 3 Partos 2, abortos 1 ( provocado ), con amenorrea secundaria a histerectomia desde hace 11 años, con implante mamario bilateral para aumentar volumen desde Septiembre 2010, presenta supuración liquida sero-sanguinolenta de la mama derecha, desde la cirugía del implante . No dolor o fiebre. Al examen eco-sonografico mamario con transductor lineal de 10 MHZ, se aprecian colecciones liquidas de forma bilateral, a pesar de no detectarse perdida de continuidad de las bolsas del implante mamario. La cantidad de liquido es mayor en mama derecha ( 3,6 x 1,7 x 1,0 cm ) que en mama izquierda 2,0 x 0,4 x 0.5 cm ), donde no hay salida de liquido al exterior. El eco Doppler Color no mostró aumento del flujo vascular en las zona afectadas.
Mammary Fluid Collections
A female patient aged 38 years, menarche at 11 years, first intercourse at age 13. Gestation 3 Partos 2, abortion 1 (induced) with secondary amenorrhea for hysterectomy 11 years ago, bilateral breast implant to increase volume from September 2010, presented sero-bloody liquid discharge of the right breast from the implant surgery. No pain or fever. The eco-sonographic examination of breasts with a 10-MHz linear transducer, showed fluid collections are seen bilaterally, although no detectable loss of continuity of the breast implant pockets. The amount of fluid in the right breast is larger (3.6 x 1.7 x 1.0 cm) than in the left breast (2.0 x 0.4 x 0.5 cm), where no liquid outlet to the outside. The Color Doppler showed no increased vascular flow in the affected area.
