Granuloma Subcutaneo
Paciente masculino de 36 años de edad con pequeño nódulo indurado en región hipogastrica. En el interrogatorio el paciente confiesa que se afeita la región con cierta regularidad. Ha notado el nódulo por una semana pero tanto el tamaño como las molestias se han incrementado desde hace 2 días. El examen sonografico de la región con transductor lineal de 10. MHz muestra la presencia de imagen nodular, hipo-ecogenica, redondeada, de limites ligeramente irregulares, con pequeña cantidad de material ecogeno en su interior y con refuerzo ecogenico posterior, se localiza a unos 1,9 mm de la piel, mide aprox 1,02 X 1,09 X 1,01 cm. El Doppler Color muestra discreto flujo vascular en dos zonas de la periferia de la lesión. Se diagnostica como Granuloma relacionado con folículo piloso infectado.
