Tumor Mamario
Femenina 64 años de edad con mastectomía izquierda reciente ( 2 meses ) por carcinoma. Ha estado recibiendo quimioterapia y Radioterapia además de punción para drenaje de seroma en el área cicatricial. Viene por presentar tumoración ligeramente dolorosa en mama derecha. El examen sonografico muestra nodulo solido, hipoecogenico, de limites irregulares localizado en radial 10 mama derecha siguiendo la base del ligamento de Cooper, mide aprox: 2,33 X 1,51 cm. El Doppler Color es negativo y la Elastografia muestra un patrón de Color con score de 3, por tanto, sospechoso de malignidad.En el área cicatricial de la mama izquierda se visualiza área an-ecogena, contenido liquido, conteniendo aprox: 8,76 c.c. de volumen. Se concluye con el diagnostico de nódulo solido de mama derecha altamente sospechoso de malignidad y seroma en área cicatricial de la mama izquierda.
