Tumores en Pelvis y en Suprarrenal izquierda

Femenina 37 años edad menarquia a los 13 años, primera relacion sexual a los 13 años. Siete ( 7 ) Gestaciones  Cinco ( 5 ) partos , dos ( 2 ) abortos no provocados. Presenta dolores intensos desde hace mes y medio en el área de la fosa renal izquierda con poca o ninguna irradiación . Como antecedente remoto ha presentado dolores pélvicos desde los 26 años, estos dolores se incrementan con los periodos menstruales. Sonográficamente diagnosticamos quiste Suprarrenal izquierdo y Endometrioma ovario derecho. La paciente fue intervenida y para nuestra sorpresa , el dictamen post-quirúrgico fue tumoración solida en ovario derecho y en suprarrenal izquierda además de una ulcera perforada en estomago tal como se aprecia en las piezas quirúrgicas provistas por el medico cirujano que resolvió la situación de un modo brillante ( ver ultima foto).

Tumors in the pelvis and left Adrenal

Female 37 years of age menarche at the age of 13, first sexual relationship at the age of 13. Seven ( 7 ) Gestations Five ( 5 ) deliveries, two ( 2 ) unprovoked abortions. She has severe pains for a month and a half in the area of the left renal pit with little or no irradiation. As a remote history, she has had pelvic pains since the age of 26, these pains increase with menstrual periods. We sonographically diagnose the left suprarenal cyst and right ovary endometrioma. The patient was intervened and to our surprise, the post-surgical opinion was a solid tumor in the right ovary and left adrenal in addition to a perforated ulcer in the stomach as seen in the surgical parts provided by the surgeon doctor who resolved the situation brilliantly (see the last photo).
