Nódulo Solido Pulpejo Dedo Mano

 Masculino 47 años edad con masa indurada en el pulpejo del dedo índice de mano izquierda, es doloroso con un tiempo de evolución de 1 mes.En el examen sonografico se aprecia imagen nodular solida con algunas imagenes trabeculares en su interior,sin refuerzo ecogenico posterior, paredes externas finas y lisas, mide aprox: 5,4 X 6,5 X 4,0 mm. El eco Doppler muestra pequeño flujo en su parte más profunda. 

La Elastografia muestra score 2 de Ueno con Strain Ratio (elasticidad) de 1.17 compatible con lesión benigna. Las estructuras óseas subyacentes se aprecian normales. Se concluye con el diagnóstico probable de Miopericitoma del pulpejo del dedo. Sugerimos diagnóstico diferencial con tumor glómico y con el Angioleiomioma.

Solid Nodule Fingertip Hand

A 47-year-old male with an indurated mass on the pad of the index finger of the left hand, it is painful with a time of evolution of 1 month. On the sonographic examination, a solid nodular image with some trabecular images in its interior, without posterior echogenic reinforcement, is appreciated. thin and smooth external walls, measures approx: 5.4 X 6.5 X 4.0 mm. echo-Doppler shows a small flow in its deepest part. Elastography shows an Ueno score of 2 with a Strain Ratio (elasticity) of 1.17 compatible with a benign lesion. The underlying bone structures appear normal. It concludes with the probable diagnosis of myopericytoma of the fingertip. We suggest differential diagnosis with glomus tumor and with Angioleiomyoma.
