Absceso Mama
Femenina 40 años de edad diagnosticada previamente de cáncer de mama izquierda hace tres semanas, tras realizarse una biopsia desarrolló dolor en la zona biopsiada con endurecimiento zonal, aumento de la temperatura y cambio de color del área. En mama izquierda se aprecia masa hipoecogenica con limites internos irregulares, anfractuosos, contenido grumoso y sin refuerzo ecogenico posterior, mide aprox: 3.21 X 1.66 cm, es eco-doppler negativo y la Elastografia muestra score 2 de Ueno y strain ratio de 0.87, compatible con lesión benigna. En la cercanía de la lesión se aprecian signos de celulitis. En mama derecha se detectaron tres nódulos solidos y un área quistica. Se concluye con los diagnósticos de Absceso mama izquierda, nódulos solidos y quiste mama derecha.
Breast Abscess
A 40-year-old female previously diagnosed with left breast cancer three weeks ago, after performing a biopsy, developed pain in the biopsied area with hardening of the area, increased temperature, and change in color of the area. In the left breast, a hypoechogenic mass with irregular internal limits, anfractuous, lumpy content, and without posterior echogenic reinforcement, measures approx: 3.21 X 1.66 cm, is echo-doppler negative and elastography shows Ueno score 2, and strain ratio of 0.87, compatible with a benign lesion. Signs of cellulite can be seen in the vicinity of the lesion. Three solid nodules and a cystic area were detected. in the right breast, It concludes with the diagnoses of left breast abscess, solid nodules, and right breast cyst.
