Tumor Pene
Paciente masculino de 78 años de edad con historia clínica obscura ya que vive solo y esta afectado de proceso degenerativo cerebral. El interrogatorio de su hijo tampoco aporto nada nuevo, solo que lleva varios meses quejándose de dolor en el pene y cierto grado de dificultad para la emisión de orina. El pene muestra abultamiento en tercio distal con cambio en la coloración que se torna violácea en ese segmento.
En el tercio proximal se pueden individualizar los cuerpos cavernosos y esponjoso,en este segmento el contorno del pene es de aprox 25,9 X 35,2 mm.
En el tercio proximal , asiento de la lesión, se aprecia total desorganizacion de las estructuras anatómicas, siendo imposible diferenciar los cuerpos cavernosos del esponjoso,despareciendo las fronteras naturales entre ellos,con aparente homogeneizacion del cuerpo peneano, en ese tercio el contorno del pene se incrementa y llega hasta 38,8 X 45,3 mm.
Se concluye con el diagnostico presuntivo de tumoración del pene de posible origen maligno, se sugiere completar el diagnostico con otros métodos diagnósticos.
Tumor Penis

It concludes with a presumptive diagnosis of a tumor that might be of malignant penis origin, suggesting a complete diagnosis with other diagnostic methods.
