Útero Infantil

Paciente femenina 21 años edad con Amenorrea e infertilidad primaria. Ha tenido 4 parejas sexuales, El medico referidor pensaba que se trataba de un útero infantil o un síndrome de Mayer-Rokitansky- Kuster Hauser. El examen sonografico tranvaginal mostró un útero de pequeño tamaño, hipotrofico, en anteversion con morfología normal, mide aprox: 3,54 X 1,74 X 1,11 cm. No muestra signos de lesiones y el endometrio es prácticamente inexistente. En ovario izquierdo se aprecio una pequeña imagen an-ecogena, quistica, de aprox: 2,68 X 2,51 X 1,78 cm y volumen aprox: de 6,26 c.c.. El ovario derecho luce sonograficamente normal mide aprox: 2,01 X 1.27 cm.Se concluye con los diagnosticos de útero infantil y quiste ovario izquierdo. Se descarta el síndrome de Mayer-Rokitansky--Kuster-Hauser ya que en este lo que existe es una ausencia total del útero.

It shows no signs of lesions and the endometrium is practically non-existent. In the left ovary a small anechogenic, cystic image of approx: 2.68 X 2.51 X 1.78 cm and volume approx: 6.26 cc. The right ovary looks sonographically normal measures approx: 2.01 X 1.27 cm. It concludes with the diagnosis of a child's uterus and left ovarian cyst. Mayer-Rokitansky - Kuster-Hauser syndrome is ruled out since in this what exists is a total absence of the uterus.
