Esta era la imagen que presentaba la vejiga urinaria del paciente masculino de 72 años con el hematoma sub-capsular esplénico que presentamos en nuestra entrega anterior. El paciente había desarrollado hematuria total con expulsión de pequeños coágulos por orina

Como se aprecia en la imagen hay muchos grumos y se visualiza la presencia de dos (2) imágenes ecogenicas , sin sombras posteriores, con forma oval que se corresponden con dos grandes coágulos intravesicales. La medida de uno de los coágulos nos dice que tiene 3.467 X 2.773 X 2.068 cm.

As can be seen in the image, there are many lumps and the presence of two (2) echogenic images are visualized, without posterior shadows, with an oval shape that corresponds to two large intravesical clots. The measurement of one of the clots tells us that it is 3,467 X 2,773 X 2,068 cm.
