Angioma Hepatico & Nodulo Pancreatico & Quiste renal

Paciente femenina de 79 años de edad, diabética mal controlada, ( 378 mlg a su ingreso al centro ). Hipertensión Arterial , con astenia y anorexia, obesa. Al examen eco-sonografico abdominal apreciamos la presencia de imagen nodular, hiperecogenica, localizada en segmento posterior del lóbulo izquierdo del hígado, mide aprox : 3,2 x 2,5 cm, es compatible con Angioma hepático, tumoración hepática benigna muy frecuente . El resto del hígado luce sonograficamente normal. La vesícula no fue visualizada debido a colecistectomía realizada años atrás.

A nivel de cola de Páncreas se apreció nódulo solido, calcificado, con sombra posterior, mide aprox : 4,5 x 3,2 cm. La cabeza y el cuerpo del Páncreas lucen sonograficamente normales. A nivel del tercio medio-superior del riñón izquierdo se visualizó pequeña imagen quística, no tabicada, de aprox: 2,1 x 3,0 x 2,5 cm.

 

Angioma Liver & Renal Cyst & Pancreatic Nodule

Female patient 79 years of age, poorly controlled diabetes, (378 mg to joining the center). Arterial hypertension, asthenia and anorexia, obese. The eco-abdominal sonographic examination appreciates the presence of the nodular image, hyper-echogenic, located in the posterior segment of the left liver lobe, measures approx: 3.2 x 2.5 cm, is compatible with Angioma hepatic very common benign liver tumor. The remaining liver sonographic looks normal. The gallbladder was not visualized due to cholecystectomy done years ago. At the level of the pancreatic tail was observed solid nodule, calcified, with shadowing, measures approx: 4.5 x 3.2 cm. The head and body of the pancreas sonographic look normal. At the level of the mid-upper third of the left kidney was visualized cystic small image, not enclosed, approx: 2.1 x 3.0 x 2.5 cm.
