Sinequia Uterina Vs Brida Amniotica
Paciente femenina de 29 años de edad, Gesta 4 Abortos 3, diagnosticada previamente de incompetencia cervical, cursa con su 4to embarazo. Fue operada a los 4 meses del actual embarazo para instalar cerclaje cervical. Durante su primer trimestre desarrolló hematomas retro-placentarios, con clínica de sangrados que fueron remitiendo poco a poco. Al examen sonografico se aprecia producto con desarrollo acorde con la edad gestacional ( 28,0 semanas ), el cerclaje luce adecuado . Se aprecia sinequia uterina con base ancha , se hace la distinción respecto a una banda amniótica ( BA ) ya que esta ultima representa un grave peligro por la posibilidad de producir amputaciones en el producto, mientras que la sinequias, relacionadas con sus abortos y las manipulaciones uterinas consecuentes, no representa peligro alguno ( ver referencia incluida ). La sinequia esta localizada en tercio inferior, con grosor de aprox: 0.99 cm. Estas sinequias son de una frecuencia aprox: de 1:200-1:15,000 embarazos ( 1:11,200 en Latinoamérica ). No se aprecian hematomas retroplacentarios.

Uterine Synechia Vs amniotic band
A female patient aged 29, Gesta 4 Abortions 3, previously diagnosed cervical incompetence, attends with her 4th pregnancy. Was operated at 4 months of pregnancy to install current cervical cerclage. During its first-quarter retro-placental hematoma developed with bleeding, the clinic was sending little by little. A sonographic examination is seen product development with gestational age (28.0 weeks), the banding looks right. Uterine synechia is observed with a broad base, the distinction is made regarding an amniotic band (BA) and that the latter represents a serious danger for the possibility of producing amputations in the product, while the synechiae related to their abortions and manipulation uterine consequential, not dangerous (see reference included). The synechia is located in the lower third, with a thickness of approx: 0.99 cms. These synechiae are approx frequency: from 1:200-1:15,000 pregnancies (1:11,200 in Latin America). Retroplacental hematomas are not appreciated.
