This is a clear and painful example that despite the best efforts you make, there is always the possibility that a patient or relative this, it spoils your day, and that the 'reputation' of a professional can be pulled displayed on the floor of an infamous manner by people who, pretending to be educated and normal hide wrongdoing, evil, against those who treat them with respect and eager to help. It a case of a female patient, teen, 12 years old. I was called to make eco-sonography Emergency by intense abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Menarche at age 10, last period to 21days. There was no fever but his blood count showed leukocytosis of 14,500 with a left shift in the differential. Mother is present, the patient was questioned, you palpate the abdomen and reassuring the patient and mother, explain our view and then perform in clinical sonographic examination. In the abdominal part, everything is normal but when you reach the pelvis found a left ovarian cyst displacing the uterine body to the right, measures were approx 5.22 X 5.75 X 4.12 cm with a volume of approx 64.70 ml, showed multiple partitions and increased peripheral flow at Color Doppler. We explain in detail the situation for the mother and answered all your questions, then I get the parent and returned to explain everything, answering all your questions, we recommend that it be consulted a gynecologist and father asked if I had any to which recommend we told that any gynecologist was able to handle that situation, you point it had only two roads, one surgical treatment and other conservative and gynecologist who would decide the best for your daughter's case. They parted thanking, fondly, the explanations and the way we treat them, however, the next day, when inquiring what had happened to the patient, I was informed that the mother had asked the high clinical grounds very angrily that the sonographer had invented that, her daughter did not have any cyst, I was a liar and storyteller ...... make your judgment ..... the drink was very painful for me, and I try to give and the best you can in each case, not expecting anything in return, ......... just respect. I can be wrong, I'm well aware of that, and try to avoid it at all costs, but never, I've never invented a diagnosis, that they can be sure. Here are pictures of the case, judging by these images that make up me.
