Infertilidad y Microlitiasis Testicular

 Masculino 31 años edad, en estudio por infertilidad primaria. No antecedentes personales o familiares de interés. El estudio sonografico testicular muestra la presencia de múltiples imágenes hiperecogenicas, sin sombras posteriores, no puntiformes, aspecto ligeramente tubular de pequeño diámetro/longitud, no muestran sombras ecogenicas posteriores. Ocupan todas las áreas de los parénquimas testiculares. El testículo derecho mide aprox: 3,06 X 1,91 cm y el izquierdo 3,05 X 1,95 cm.

Se concluye con el diagnóstico de micro litiasis testicular bilateral, sospechamos que la infertilidad primaria tiene relacion con este hallazgo.

Infertility and Testicular microlithiasis

Male 31 years old, understudy for primary infertility. No personal or family history of interest. The testicular sonographic study shows the presence of multiple hyperechogenic images, without posterior shadows, non-punctate, the slightly tubular appearance of small-diameter / length, no posterior echogenic shadows. They occupy all areas of the testicular parenchyma. The right testicle measures approx 3.06 X 1.91 cm and the left 3.05 X 1.95 cm.

It concludes with the diagnosis of bilateral testicular micro lithiasis, we suspect that primary infertility is related to this finding.
